Social and Entertainment

For delegates arriving on Sunday you are welcome to join us for a guided walking tour of some of the more interesting areas of the city centre.
On Sunday evening you may wish to try some of the many pubs and excellent restaurants within a short walking distance of the college. For those of you who do not wish to stretch your legs, the college bar will be open in the evening.

Monday evening’s entertainment will commence with a reception held in the Oxford University Museum of Natural History - the location of the famous debate between Thomas Huxley and Samuel Wilberforce in 1859 over Charles Darwin’s controversial book On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection. This will be followed by the Conference Banquet, held in Keble’s impressive Dining Hall.

Further social events information and details of pubs and restaurants in Oxford will be posted here closer to the conference date.
